Our plans include a free one-on-one (digital) consultation with one of our health coaches. In addition, depending on your plan or package, your subscription may also have a free follow-up consultation.

You will receive different meals daily, and our menu changes monthly. However, popular signature dishes will always be available on the menu.

Nutrition consultations with our health coaches are free. In addition, with every renewal, you get one free consultation.

We always recommend you start with a consultation to personalize the program better based on your goals, but you may always begin any plan without expert consultation.

To put your package on hold and/or resume your subscription, we require a notification period of 7 working days in advance to make all the necessary changes.

Your subscription will start after you complete your consultation with our dietitian. Should you wish not to opt for a consultation, you can expect to receive your first delivery 48hrs after completing the online assessment.

Yes, please inform us of all allergies before starting the plan, and we will arrange the needful for you.

In case of change, from a higher value plan to a lower value plan, the change will be immediate with no extra fee chargeable.
Please Note: There will be no reimbursement of the monetary difference between the plans. In case of change, from a lower value plan to a higher value plan, based on the remaining days, the difference in the amount must be paid by the client.

Our delivery time slots are as follows:
Dubai: 5 AM-9 AM

No, once your meal has been delivered, you will receive an SMS or a WhatsApp message informing you that your meal has arrived.

Our Team is available Sunday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM.

We deliver within Dubai – other Emirates to be added in the future.

Any request to cancel a plan will need to be given 7 business days before the required cancellation date. Refunds will only be made under exceptional circumstances and upon approval.
A twenty percent (20%) cancellation fee will apply on the remaining number of days when the refund is approved.
Note: Discounted or special offer meal plans are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) weeks of the refund being approved.
The refunds will be made as follows:
• If a one-month meal plan is cancelled within the 1st week, the refund will be 75% of the total amount paid for the meal plan after deducting the 20% cancellation fee.
• If a one-month meal plan is cancelled on the 2nd week, the refund will be 50% of the total amount paid for the meal plan after deducting the 20% cancellation fee.
• If a one-month meal plan is cancelled on the 3rd week, the refund will be 25% of the total amount paid for the meal plan after deducting the 20% cancellation fee.
